Hello Mansfield Clients,

In 2021 we are upgrading and making changes to our social media marketing services. This upgrade has already started and will be effective on all client accounts by January 1st, 2021. These are the changes being made:

1. All social media accounts managed by Mansfield will be updated with new content every calendar week by our team.
2. Client participation is easier than ever with a new social management calendar service you can access.
3. A more powerful content aggregator service is being used to find more, and more relevant information and news we will share with your social media followers.
4. We are adding support for Instagram management. This will be offered to client accounts where Instagram is a relevant and viable communication medium.
5. Thomas Wilson, our Communications Manager, will continue to oversee your website and social media content and ensure it is strategically written and selected for your audience.
6. Uri Perdomo, our Digital Marketing Specialist, will support Thomas by aggregating social content and managing social calendars and updates.

Each of you, our clients, will be contacted in person by Thomas and Uri to cover the new strategy and services so it may be better tailored to you business and audience. This is one of other upgrades we are rolling out in 2021 and we look forward to sharing more soon.
